Return Eligibility & Time Limit
We support a 60-day return service for all eligible products. Customers can initiate a return application within the valid return period if they are not satisfied with the products, excluding special non-returnable products specified by official rules. All returned products must be kept in unused, unopened, intact original condition with complete original packaging and accessories to pass the inspection.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify the returned products meet the return standards, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned via the original payment channel. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.
